lightandwaves: My Best Friend’s Wedding This is one of my favorite movies, and this scene is one of the most beautiful romantic scenes I’ve ever scene. And the weird thing is, I actually enjoyed the ending, even though I had mixed feelings because I liked Julianne and I liked Kim. But at the end I felt like what happened was really the way things were supposed to be. It’s not one of those cliche endings where the guy dumps the “new girl” and goes back to his old love. It shows that things change, people lose the right moment and even though you may still love someone, sometimes you have to accept that your chance has passed you by.
